Lion Portal
The Lion Portal is the official online system for Lions Clubs International. It replaces the older MyLCI, MyLion, and Insights tools — combining member records, service reporting, meeting management, and training resources into one place.
Ready to log in?
Use your unique email address as your username. Your password is separate from any District 201N1 email account.
Do not use your @lions201n1.au email address to log in. Your District 201N1 email is for correspondence only. Your Lion Portal login uses the personal email address registered with Lions Clubs International — typically the one you used when you joined.
How to log in — step by step
- Go to www.lionsclubs.org and click Member Login in the top right corner — or use the login button above.
- Enter your email address as your username. This must be the unique personal email address registered with LCI — not a shared family address and not your @lions201n1.au address.
- Enter your password and click Log In. If it's your first time since the portal launched, you may be prompted to reset your password.
- If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password? and follow the prompts. A reset link will be sent to your registered email.
- If you don't have an account yet, click Don't Have An Account? and enter your name and email — these must match exactly what LCI has on file. If they don't match, contact your Club Secretary.

Common problems and solutions
- I can't log in and I've tried resetting my password Your email address on file with LCI may be incorrect or out of date. Ask your Club Secretary to check what email address LCI has on record for you, and update it if needed via the portal.
- My name and email don't match when I try to create an account LCI matches your details exactly — even a small difference (e.g. "Bob" vs "Robert") will cause a mismatch. Contact your Club Secretary to confirm what name and email LCI has on file.
- I'm using a shared family email address The portal requires each member to have a unique email address — shared addresses are not permitted. You will need your own email to access the portal. Free options include Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo Mail.
- I can log in but can't see officer functions Your officer role may not yet be recorded in the system. Contact your Club Secretary or Zone Chairperson to ensure your position has been reported to LCI.
- I used to use MyLCI or MyLion — where do those go? Both MyLCI and MyLion have been replaced by the Lion Portal. All the same functions are available — you access them directly from the portal homepage rather than as separate applications.
- I'm locked out and can't recover access Contact the LCI Member Service Centre directly — they can verify your identity and restore access. Details are in the Help section below.
