The District 201N1 Remembrance Ceremony will be held during the Multiple District Convention in Adelaide on Sunday, 24 May 2026, honouring Lions, Leos and Partners who have passed away since the last Multiple District Convention.
All Clubs are asked to submit the names of members and partners who have passed away during this period. A photograph and citation must also be provided to Lion Glen Myhill for each person listed.
If no members or partners have passed away, Clubs are still required to submit the form to confirm this.
Completed forms should be emailed to the District Necrology and Welfare Officer, Lion Glen Myhill at glen.myhill@lions201n1.au by no later than 30 April 2026.
Any further names arising after the form has been submitted should be advised immediately by email to ensure inclusion in the Ceremony.
